Applications
DNA Purification
Shearing DNA helps to improve its purification. This shearing step increase the finale quantity of DNA because it facilitates its filtration through the filtration plate even there is cellular dust.
Library construction
sequence independent fragmentation of DNA gives you inserts of size range that meets your specific needs for library cloning.
Liquid handling
liquid transfer from a 96 wells source plate to a 96 wells destination plate (supernatant removal, replication plates).
